Privacy Policy
OKH Labs LLC ("OKH Labs," "we," "us," or "our") builds mobile and web applications. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit okhlabs.com (the "Website") or use our apps (together, the "Services"). Some of our apps may have their own privacy policy with app-specific details; where they do, that policy applies to that app along with this one.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. If you email us or contact us through the Website, we receive your name, email address, and anything you include in your message. If you create an account in one of our apps, we may collect your email address and basic profile information you choose to provide.
Information collected automatically. When you use our Services, we and our service providers may collect limited technical information, such as device type, operating system, app version, crash reports, and general usage information needed to operate and improve the Services.
Purchases. In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We may receive limited purchase information, such as subscription status, to provide the features you paid for.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, maintain, and improve our Services;
- create and manage accounts and subscriptions;
- respond to your questions and support requests;
- monitor performance, fix bugs, and keep our Services secure;
- comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Service providers
We use trusted third-party services to run our Services. These may include hosting and database providers, app build and distribution services, subscription management services, and app stores (such as Apple and Google). These providers process information only to perform services for us and are subject to their own privacy policies.
4. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time (see Section 7).
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children's privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain uses. To make a request, email support@okhlabs.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law. You can also delete app accounts from within the app where that option is available.
8. International users
We are based in the United States. If you use our Services from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the United States.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above.
